Sugar Cookies Mix

500 Grams

The perfect mix for Sugar cookies. Now you make cookies in any shape you like! Use with our cookie cutters and deco rate with our royal icing and food colorings. 

How to prepare:

1. Mix 175 g of room temperature butter with flat beater until soft.
2. Add 2 medium sized or 1 extra large egg and mix until well combined.
3. Add 500 g of Sugar cookies mix and mix for 3 mins on slow speed.
4. Freeze dough for 20 minutes.
5. Use a rolling pin to roll dough approx. 1cm thick.
6. Use cookie cutters to cut out and transfer to a parchment or silicone
   mat lined baking sheet.
7. Bake in oven at temperature of 170 to 180°C for 10 - 13 mins.  

PRO Tip: Don't lie to yourself by swearing you'll only have one cookie. It's okay, we've been there.
