How to Prepare:

For a hardened texture that is good for scraping on cakes: Beat 400 grams of vanilla frosting mix with 30 grams/ml of cold water on medium speed for 2 to 3 minutes.

For a more liquid texture that can be piped or drizzled over cakes: Beat 400 grams of vanilla frosting mix with 65 grams/ml of cold water on medium speed for 2 to 3 minutes.
