Check that the blade fixing screws are fastened.
Adjust the center point to the desired radius size and push the lock button behind the scale.
It is best to use with the cutting pad to protect the blade and at the same time stabilize the center point, so cutting out the circle will be more smooth.
Cutting force to be uniform. If material to be cut is thick, then carry out multi-turn rotation to ensure the quality of cutting.
Practice makes perfect. Carry out more than a few trials to master the skill.
