The perfect mix for Focaccia 

How to prepare:

    1. Mix 660g of Focaccia Mix, 50g olive oil & 400g cold water with mixer for 3 mins on slow speed then 9 mins on high speed.
    2. Add 5g yeast 3 to 4 mins. before end of mixing.
    3. Divide the dough in desired size balls.
    4. Leave to rest for 20 minutes.
    5. Spread the dough in a baking pan / sheet brushed with olive oil.
    6. Prepare a solution of 35 g water, 1 g salt & 35 g olive oil.
    7. Distribute the solution on the dough and press it with your fingers to obtain small holes.
    • You can add diced tomatoes, olive, onions or herbs.
    • Fermentation 2 – 3 h (at 30° C with 80%moisture).
  • Bake in oven at temperature of 230 °C for 25 - 30 mins.
