American Brownies Mix

400 Grams

• Quick and easy mix for perfect chewy brownies.
• It's texture allows for the addition of chocolate chips, chunks, nuts or whatever you fancy!
• Great for eating as a midnight snack while telling yourself you need to stop. 

How to prepare:

1. Melt 115 grams of butter.
2. Mix the 400 grams brownies mix with the 115 grams melted butter, 2 medium eggs and 40 grams/ mL of water using a flat beater or hand blender on medium speed for 5 minutes.
3. Grease and flour your baking pan.
4. Bake at a temperature of 170 to 180 °C for 25 to 30 minutes.
